Waterjet Cutting

A water jet cutter is an industrial tool capable of cutting a wide variety of materials using a very high-pressure jet of water.

Waterjet cutting is often used during fabrication of machine parts. It is the preferred method when the materials being cut are sensitive to the high temperatures generated by other methods.

Here are just some of the advantages of waterjet technology:

1: As cold water is used to cut material it doesn't suffer from heat exposure, minimizing material deflection in turn a more accurate part.

2: Thickness from 0.5mm to 100mm.

3: All  Stainless Steels , Mild Steels and Hard Steels can be cut.

4: Fragile materials such as glass and stone can be safely cut with ease

5: Plastic, Rubber, Polycarbonate materials may be cut without producing noxious fume.

6: Composite materials can be cut without any special treatment.
